  2.  THE ZTREEWIN SOFTWARE LICENSE

  4.  This version of ZTreeWin ('the Software') is not public domain nor 
  5.  free software, but is distributed as 'trialware' for EVALUATION 
  6.  PURPOSES ONLY.  Your use of this Software indicates your agreement 
  7.  to the terms and conditions of this License.

  10.  COPYRIGHT AND PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

  12.  The ZTreeWin software is owned by Zedtek Inc. or its suppliers and is 
  13.  protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty 
  14.  provisions.  The ZTreeWin software contains valuable trade secrets 
  15.  proprietary to Zedtek, Inc.  You may not disassemble, decompile, 
  16.  reverse engineer, or create any derivative works of the software for 
  17.  any purpose other than making an adaptation to the software as a 
  18.  normal step in configuring it for your own personal use.

  21.  LICENSE AND RESTRICTIONS

  23.  Zedtek, Inc. grants you a limited license to use this software for a 
  24.  30-day period for evaluation purposes, in order to decide whether or 
  25.  not ZTreeWin suits you needs.  At the end of the 30-day evaluation 
  26.  period, the individual MUST either purchase a fully licensed copy of 
  27.  this software, or discontinue using ZTreeWin.

  29.  One licensed copy of ZTreeWin may either be used by a single person who 
  30.  uses the Software personally on one or more computers, or installed on 
  31.  a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by multiple people, but 
  32.  NOT both.

  36.  Individuals are granted a limited license to copy the trial version of 
  37.  ZTreeWin for the sole purpose of allowing others to try it, subject to 
  38.  the above as well as the following restrictions:

  40.  - The Software must be distributed without alteration in its entirety,
  41.    including all file names, program code, documentation, and any related
  42.    files. No other programs or files may be included.
  43.  
  44.  - The Software may not be distributed in combination with any other
  45.    software or hardware product as an enticement or for any other reason,
  46.    without special permission from Zedtek, Inc.
  47.  
  48.  - No fee or payment may be charged or accepted for the Software
  49.  
  50.  Electronic bulletin board system operators (Sysops) are encouraged to 
  51.  post the trial version of ZTreeWin on their BBS for downloading by their
  52.  users, but only if the above conditions are met.  No special fee may be
  53.  charged to access the ZTreeWin files.

  55.  Non-profit User Groups may distribute the trial version of ZTreeWin if
  56.  the above conditions are met. These User Groups may charge a nominal 
  57.  fee to cover the cost of the disk and copying of the software.

  60.  WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

  62.  ZEDTEK INC. MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR 
  63.  IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY 
  64.  AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THIS SOFTWARE AND
  65.  ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTATION.

  67.  IN NO EVENT SHALL ZEDTEK INC. OR ANY OF ITS EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY 
  68.  DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED 
  69.  TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF  BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF 
  70.  DATA OR BUSINESS INFORMATION, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR OTHER 
  71.  FINANCIAL LOSS ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PROGRAM,
